A Postal Employee since October of '87, I spent my first three plus years dozing off on the LSM's tour 1. Marriage in August of 1990 woke me up and I got a day job carrying mail in early February of 1991. Spent my first year (almost to the day) as a PTF at the Hiler Station and assigned to Station C, now known as Mid-City. It was here that I began my activism in the Union. Walking into an inspection that was cancelled because the carriers stood together.

In 1993, I became the steward at Station C. A year later I was appointed to the Information and Education Committee, becoming it's Chairman in 1998. In 1995, I bid into Kenmore Station where I remain today. Again becoming steward a few years later . In 2003, I joined the McLennan team as a Trustee.

I graduated from Hutch-Tech High School in 1973 and went on to earn an Associate's degree in Business Management from Bryant & Stratton and later a certificate for Labor Studies from Cornell University (thanks to Branch 3!).

I currently reside in Tonawanda with my wife and two children.
